Our machine shop provides precision CNC machining for defense and aerospace components. We operate (4) 3‑axis CNC mills with tables up to 24" × 44", and (3) 3‑axis CNC lathes with 20" length capacity, live tooling, and 2.5" through‑spindle capability.
Our sheet metal department supports structural and enclosure work for mission‑critical platforms. We cut material up to 3/8" thick using a Mazak Super Turbo‑X510 fiber laser with a 60" × 120" table and a Trumpf 1000 CNC turret punch with a 50" × 120" working range. We also operate (2) press brakes up to 10' in length, capable of multiple bends at customizable angles for complex brackets, frames, and sheet metal assemblies.

Our operations are governed by an AS9100D‑certified quality management system fully compliant with ISO 9001:2015, designed to meet the stringent requirements of the defense and aerospace industries. We perform full First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS9102, supported by a CMM with a 5' × 8' table for precise dimensional verification and repeat‑run monitoring. Our enterprise is CMMC Level 2 self‑certified, with documented controls for cybersecurity, ITAR compliant, and data handling aligned with DoD and prime‑contractor expectations. This quality foundation ensures that every part we deliver meets drawing requirements, documentation standards, and program‑specific traceability needs.

To deliver ready‑to‑install parts, we provide several value‑added services. Our welding operations are performed per AWS D17.1 Class C (non‑critical) for all materials except titanium, and we operate a MIL‑DTL‑5541 chemical conversion coating line offering Type II Clear, Class 3 and Class 1A finishes for aluminum surfaces. We offer in-house part marking to multiple requirements. Together, these capabilities allow us to move from raw metal to inspected, and cosmetically finished hardware within a single facility. This turnkey approach significantly reduces lead times and the need to rely on sub-tier suppliers
