Scope of our business
Pathfinder Industry’s primary business is Sheet Metal Fabricating and CNC machining. The company is also certified for Welding Process AWS D17.1, Class C and Chemical Film Process, MIL-DTL-5541 Types I and II, Class 1A and Class 3.
The requirement of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D is used as a basis of our Quality Management System. We are set to meet the needs of our customers with the degree of control necessary to comply with their requirements. This will also include the amount of control required by imposed documentation.
Pathfinder is certified to AS9100D with ISO 9001:2015
The application of the Quality plan ranges from commercial through Aerospace applications, which has the tightest requirements.
Pathfinder’s Quality System is based on the concept of “Total Quality” wherein all employees of the company support the Quality objectives set forth by the President of the company.
It is emphasized that the requirements specified in this manual, are complementary (not alternative) to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Policies and procedures are generated to support the activities of the Quality Inspection functions. This responsibility includes the ability to perform necessary inspections, affect controls, changes, and improvements to reduce rework, scrap, and customer complaints.
Pathfinder manufactures to customer designed drawings only, and is excluded from In-House Design and Development 8.3 - 8.3.6 of AS9100D. This exclusion does not affect Pathfinder’s ability or responsibility to ensure enhancement of customer satisfaction.
